Small Business Hosting however does NOT share your personal information with Small Business Hosting's partners, clients and third parties. However, Small Business Hosting is using reseller programs for domain name registration and SSL certificates registration and the service provider requires Small Business Hosting to submit your personal details as an evidence of  "owning" the services.

Your personal information is only viewable and editable through a secured page that is secured by 1024 bit Lite SSL encryption. Hence, we guarantee that no third party will somehow (unless you expose your details to them personally) intercept your details. However, if your details somehow "leak" to a third party, we dot NOT take the responsibility as we have provided you with the highest level of security.

Credit Card Information
Small Business Hosting is using Commonwealth Bank's VirtualPOS service for our credit card processing service and they require Small Business Hosting to store customer's credit card manually. Your credit card is stored on our database and encrypted. We guarantee that your credit card details will NOT leak or intercepted by any third parties.

Any transactions happening (either retrieving or storing credit card details from/to database) is secured using 1024 bit Lite SSL certificate.

Small Business Hosting however does NOT share your credit card information with our reseller program providers, clients, partners and third parties. If there is any billable work required by the client, Small Business Hosting will deal with the client/partner/third party/provider directly without involving/exchanging customers credit card information.

Your personal and payment details can be viewed from our client area located at https://www.smallbusinesshosting.com.au/clients. Our hosting service can be accessed through Plesk Control Panel located at https://yourdomain:8443 or https://www.smallbusinesshosting.com.au:8443. These pages are secured using 1024 bit LiteSSL certificate.
